• Enterprises use a lot of employees in the field of manufacture, processing such as agricultural products, forestry products, fishery products, textile and garment, leather and footwear, electronic components, construction of socio-economic infrastructure.

• PIT exemption from 1 July 2012 until the end of 31 December 2012 for individuals having the taxable income from salaries and wages at the first grade of the partly progressive tariff.
