Official letter No. 62/BTC-TCT in guidance of PIT for individuals who work for the projects of collecting, transport, handling wastes in economic zone as follows:
Individuals who work in economic zone will be reduced 50% PIT. The zone of handling hazardous waste out of economic zone but is one part could not be separated from economic zone, therefore, they are entitled to 50% PIT reduction
